Chile
Derechos Chile: An excellent clearing-house for information related to human rights in Chile today.
Ariel Dorfman's Blog: It's updated very rarely, but Dorfman, a Chilean-American scholar and playwright, offers great personal insight into Chile, past and present.

Allende and Pinochet: A useful collection of links dealing with the two major political figures of late 20th century Chile.
